BERKSHIRE LAKE HOUSE
Renovation, Completed - Winter 2017
The Berkshire Lake House is almost entirely new construction. The previously existing one and a half story home on the property was demolished down to the first floor framing and foundation. That footprint was then expanded in order to increase the livable area and allow for generous views of the lake.
The main goal of the project was provide as many views of the lake as possible. As soon as you walk through the front door or enter the master bedroom, you are greeted with a panoramic view of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The general contractor for the project was Jonathan Duda Construction.
