CATAMOUNT LODGE
New Construction, Completed - Winter 2020
The Berkshire Lodge at Catamount Ski Area is a state-of-the-art mountain facility designed to enhance the guest experience year-round. Nestled in the scenic Taconic Mountains on the Massachusetts–New York border, the lodge features expansive gathering areas, modern amenities, and sweeping views of the slopes. The project was part of a major redevelopment initiative to upgrade infrastructure and expand the resort’s four-season offerings.
SK Design Group provided civil engineering, structural engineering, and land surveying services for the project. Our team worked closely with stakeholders to deliver a functional, inviting space that complements the natural landscape while supporting the resort’s operational needs. The lodge serves as a central hub for skiers, riders, and summer visitors alike.
The project was designed in collaboration with SK Design Group and Betnr Engineering and Construction. The general contractor was Betnr Engineering and Construction.
